The combined weight of any two (2) animals will not exceed one-hundred (100) pounds. Pet(s) must be spayed or neutered and is not allowed to have offspring while residing in the apartment. The apartment complex is amazing. Updated, very nice apartments. Excellent staff. They truly make sure you feel like you are a part of a community. Maintenance is extremely responsive, but not even needed because the apartments are in such great shape. Highly recommend!

I mean come on! An apartment complex that gives out hot cider and donuts on your way to work? How awesome is that? The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They work hard and do a great job at making living here an enjoyable experience. Oh, and the dogs. All the fun and wonderful dogs. Highly recommend River Hills.
