Apartments are clean and sleek. You can tell they are newer apartments. The community itself is not just like any ordinary apartment complex. Even in the winter it was beautiful. I can already tell that in the summer will look beautiful. Love that its pet friendly. I passed several dogs while on my tour. The staff were welcoming to me and helpful and friendly

The apartment complex is amazing. Updated, very nice apartments. Excellent staff. They truly make sure you feel like you are a part of a community. Maintenance is extremely responsive, but not even needed because the apartments are in such great shape. Highly recommend!

I mean come on! An apartment complex that gives out hot cider and donuts on your way to work? How awesome is that? The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They work hard and do a great job at making living here an enjoyable experience. Oh, and the dogs. All the fun and wonderful dogs. Highly recommend River Hills.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now and I love the community. I have met some of my closest friend here, my dog- Polar loves all his furry friends that he has made, and the staff is always extremely friendly!

Very quiet, beautiful apartments, super friendly staff and many pet friendly amenities. I love the app where you can change your thermostats and lock your door from your phone. Love the Amazon hub! New and developing complex!
